Wouldn’t you just love cutting this pretty cake on your birthday? There’s a new kid on the block who is all prepared to get your cake needs sorted. Just about 2 months old, The Cake Lab in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Cluster D offers an endless selection of customized cakes. And when we say cakes, out includes everything from cupcakes to cream frosted cakes and fondant cakes of course!

What’s different about The Cake Lab, you ask! All their cakes, all of them are eggless. Yes. And what’s even more interesting is the fact that they offer an option of sugar free cakes too! While ordering your cake, just ask them for sugar free, and take your pick between honey or sugar substitutes. Now this is something that fulfils all my cake dreams.

Here’s the gift from the really sweet people at The Cake Lab in Jumeirah Lake Towers. Extremely moist and creamy, despite the eggless nature, I was assured their cakes stay perfectly fine for a week. I, however, couldn’t resist the temptation and ate it all up in a day!

I already mentionedhow this cakery prepares only eggless cakes and offers the option of going sugar free. At The Cake Lab, you can choose from over 35 varieties of filling from the classic chocolate and vanilla to the more contemporary Oreo and peanut butter fillings.

If you’re going with a cream frosted cake, you can take a pick from over 20 cream options which include strawberry, lemon, chocolate and many more.

In the mood for a cupcake? Bite into one of their seven cupcake flavors that vary across chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, red velvet, orange, pineapple and blueberry.
